Our team has worked with vulnerable groups and in settings that require strict clinical protocols such as hospitals and care homes; we take the implementation of this covid policy seriously.
THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE UPDATED BASED ON THE DEVELOPING SCIENTIFIC ADVICE AND INDUSTRY GUIDELINES
WHAT WE DO
Thanks to video conferencing, our production meetings, storyboarding and all pre-planning is done remotely.
Safety protocols and information will be provided with call sheets and in a pre-shoot briefing.
Our team will be following governmental travel guidelines, favouring bicycles and electric vehicles and avoiding public transport.
We are working in the smallest possible teams on set and keep our crew in a bubble to reduce exposure.
We do not use caterers or buy food where we shoot. We prepare our own food off site to minimise exposure.
Each member of our crew keeps to the 2 metre social distancing rule. We wear a face mask and have hand sanitizer with us at all times on set. When extra care is needed, we use face shields, gloves and foot coverings.
Between shoots, we sterilise our kit and it’s stored for 72 hours before going on another shoot.
We adhere to the above precautions on every set, but will cater for specific needs and situations following the British Film Commission guidelines with further measures as appropriate.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
By booking shoots well in advance, we can work out the details in appropriate safety measures to be taken.
Allowing longer interview windows will give us the time we need to continue to deliver high quality footage within Covid-Safety restrictions.
Choose large well-ventilated spaces for filming and give us as much information about the location as possible so that we can update protocols.
Help us maintain social distancing by only sending essential members of staff to the shoot.
If anyone within your organisation reports any covid-19 symptoms before the shoot, or up to two weeks after, please notify us immediately.
